SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability at Cantina Monsellato is not just a concept, but a living practice, beating at the heart of every decision. We recognise that every drop of wine begins with the earth, and this is why we treat every vine and every soil with the utmost respect, as custodians of their inexhaustible bounty. Our green philosophy extends beyond the vineyard, influencing the choices we make in the cellar, where every element is weighed for its environmental impact. The adoption of fully recyclable corks is just the tip of the iceberg of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, a bold step towards a future where wine can be enjoyed with awareness and responsibility.

This choice is a reflection of our commitment to interweaving the excellence of our wines with sustainable innovation, ensuring that the pleasure of each sip is amplified by the knowledge that we are contributing positively to the wellbeing of our planet. At Cantina Monsellato, we believe that a good wine should nourish the spirit without burdening the Earth, a principle we instil into every bottle we seal.

A QUALITY WINE, THE FRUIT OF PASSION AND HARD WORK!

Our company is passionately committed to the cultivation of indigenous vines in Salento, aiming to produce wines that are an emblem of the region's wine culture.

The exceptional quality of the wine stems from the care and attention paid to selected vines, rich in value and history.

We focus on enhancing and preserving our indigenous varieties, including Negroamaro, Chardonnay and Primitivo.

Our bond with the land drives us to dedicate ourselves to caring for the vineyards, such as those of 'Tenuta Longhe', an extensive area that we take care of with pride and dedication.
