In the heart of Southern Salento, Primitivo Le Longhe is the fruit of over 20-year-old vines, blessed by the proximity of the sea and a rich, sandy soil. This wine, made from a careful selection of 100% Primitivo grapes, captivates with its rich bouquet of ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry, enriched with vanilla and spices thanks to barrique ageing.
The vinification process, followed by 12 months of ageing in steel silos and 6 months in the bottle
Served at a temperature of 18-20°C, Primitivo Le Longhe pairs beautifully with thick first courses, roast meats, mature cheeses and traditional dishes, where its power and harmony are revealed, enhancing flavours and creating a perfect marriage between wine and food.
